TOUR ITINERARY

Baggage

To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number
Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat, plus one (1) checked bag.
Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.
All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines should be in your carry-on or personal item.

Flight Check-in

Check-in with your luggage at the ticket counter with "Allegiant Air" sign to receive your boarding pass.

A Total Sports Travel representative will be near check-in for any assistance you may need.

Flight Departure

1:00 pm EST

Allegiant Air flight 4901 departs Gainesville for Memphis.

Box lunch to be served en-route. Standard Beverage Service.

Flight Arrival

1:45 pm CST

Arrival in Memphis.

Upon deplaning, proceed to baggage claim to retrieve any checked bags. Regroup with your Total Sports Travel representatives who will assist you to the motorcoach.

Hotel Check-in

3:00 pm CST

Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the Gator Tour Information Desk to receive your room key. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).

Since your arrival time is prior to hotel check-in time, your room may not be ready. Checked luggage will be stored

and then delivered to your hotel room by the bell staff, once your room becomes available. You do not need to be present in your room for luggage delivery. Since all porterage and baggage handling gratuities are included in your package price, it is not necessary to tip the bell staff. If someone else’s baggage is mistakenly placed in your room, please contact the bell desk of the hotel immediately.

Game Departure from the hotel

First Departure - 1:15 pm

Meet in the lobby to board the motorcoach. Make sure you have your mobile phone and have saved your game tickets to your wallet. You must present your Tour Credential to staff to board the motorcoach.

1:30 pm

Motorcoaches departs for Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, MS. Pre-game boxed meal/bottled water will be served en-route to the stadium. Estimated travel time is 1 and 1/2 hours.

Second Departure - 2:15 pm

Report to the hotel lobby with your luggage to meet your TST representative. Check-out of the hotel at the front desk and pay all incidental charges.

Motorcoach departs for Memphis International Airport at 10:00 am

Flight Check-in

Upon arrival at the airport, make sure you have retrieved all items from around your seat and your luggage from underneath the coach. Proceed to the Allegiant Air ticket counter for check-in and to receive your boarding pass..

Weather & Clothing

In mid November, the daily highs in Memphis run in the low 60s, while evening temperatures are typically in the low 40s. Temperatures will be similar on game day in Oxford.

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Gators gear!

Meals

Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.

GAME TICKETS

If you purchased game tickets as an add-on to the package, they will be emailed to you separately on or before Wednesday, November 12th. All tickets are digital and require you to download to your smartphone's wallet.

Official Tour Credential

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel Tour group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the Tour Hospitality Desk at the hotel.

No ordinary steakhouse, Capriccio Grill™ is known for having the best steaks in Memphis. Under the direction of Chef de Cuisine, Bennie White, steaks are flash-seared to seal in the juices and flavor producing the most succulent, flavorful steaks ever. Pasta dishes from “La Bella Italia” are cooked to al dente perfection, and pizzas are wood-fired and served piping hot.

VAUGHT-HEMINGWAY STADIUM

According to the rules and regulations set forth by the SEC and Ole Miss, no one may exit and re-enter Vaught-Hemingway Stadium unless he or she possesses a valid, un-scanned ticket.

Prohibited items include:

Bags that do not meet the SEC Clear Bag Policy
Weapons
Outside food, beverages, coolers or containers, with the exception of one sealed plastic water bottle or empty plastic drink container that does not exceed 20oz
Folding chairs, chairback seats with armrests and chairback seats larger than 16”
Poles, sticks and umbrellas
Unauthorized banners and signs larger than 17″ x 11″
Artificial noisemakers (air horns, cowbells, whistles, etc.)
Video cameras and drones
Full face coverings
Non-service animals
Strollers and baby carriers
Ole Miss Athletics reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed dangerous or inhibiting the overall fan experience.

Bag Policy

Clear Bag policy is in effect.

Approved Bags:

Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ — A logo no larger than 4.5″ x 3.4″ can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ — approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at any gate.
