Southwest flight 1919 departs for Orlando

6:45 pm ET
Southwest flight 1919 arrives Orlando.

Once you deplane, proceed to baggage claim where you will be met by a Total Sports Travel Representative. They will assist and guide you to your transportation to the hotel.
​
Upon arrival at the hotel, proceed to the front desk to receive your room key. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).

Hotel check-in time. If you arrive prior to this time your room may not be ready. However, you may store your bags with the bell staff until your room is available.

Meet in the lobby of the Signia by Hilton for motorcoach boarding. Check-in with our staff member, Jessica, to receive your tour credential.

Motorcoach departs for Camping World Stadium

3:30 pm - 7:30 pm ET
Camping World Kickoff Fanfest

Admission is FREE with a valid game ticket. A wide selection of food and beverages will be available for purchase from local vendors. Fans can enjoy interactive games, inflatables, face painters and more
Game Tickets
If you purchased tickets through the package:
You will receive a separate email with a link to download your tickets to your mobile wallet. This email will be sent one week prior to the game. We recommend that you download your tickets before departing for the stadium.
Camping World Stadium
5:30 pm ET
Stadium gates open. There is a strict no re-entry policy this season at Camping World Stadium. Once you exit through a gate, you will not be allowed back into the stadium.

In early September, the daily highs in Orlando run in the low 90s while evening temperatures are typically in the mid 70s.
There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your LSU gear!

Official Tour Credential
To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed on game day prior to boarding the motorcoach.
