Friday, December 30
Happy Hour and Football Alumni Reunion
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Location: True Music Room & Bar at the Cambria Hotel,
118 8th Ave S, Downtown Nashville
Head to the True Music Room & Bar at the Cambria Hotel to socialize with fellow UK alumni, friends, and fans before heading to the Battle of the Bands.
TransPerfect Music City Bowl Battle of the Bands
6:00 pm
Location: Broadway between 4th Ave. and Rep. John Lewis Way
Bands and cheerleaders from each school will march down Broadway and battle. School bands will each perform 6 songs. This is our most exciting non-game day event each year.
Hotel Check-in
4:00 pm
Upon arrival at The Joseph, proceed to the front desk for to receive your room key. You will be required to give a credit card to the front desk for any incidental charges you may incur during your stay.
Along with your room key, you will receive an envelope with your tour credential. Please show this to board the motorcoach to the stadium.
Saturday, December 31
Departure for Stadium

Meet your tour staff in the lobby for departure to Nissan Stadium.
Stadium Gates Open
9:00 am
Nissan Stadium adheres to the standard clear bag policy. To expedite gate entry, fans are strongly encouraged not to bring a bag any type to Nissan Stadium.

Clear bags must be 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller.

Non-transparent bags can be no larger than 4.5" x 6.5," even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag. Please Note: Non-transparent bags are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates.

All styles of clear bags are acceptable as long as they are 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller. This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon ziploc bags, etc. Guests will not be allowed to empty and collapse a non-approved bag into a clear bag.

Following the game
The bus will be parked on Sylvan Street (located behind Lot N). The bus will depart 45 minutes after the end of the game.

Official Tour Credential
To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group, we ask that you present your official event credential for game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the hotel upon check-in.
Meals
Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.
