Know Before You Go
Weather
In early October, the daily highs in Memphis run in the low 80s while evening temperatures are typically in the low 60s. ​

Expect temps in the low 80s for game day in Oxford.
Meals
Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures​​​.​​
Clothing
There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions other than your Big Blue gear.
Baggage
To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on your bags, complete with name, address and cell phone number​

Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat. Allegiant Air limits carry-on bag dimensions to 22 x 14 x 9 inches (includes handles and wheels).

Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs. or less.

Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, prescription drugs, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.

All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines must be in your carry-on or personal item.
Travel Documents
A government-issued photo ID (federal, state or local) is required to check-in and receive your boarding pass. You may be asked to show this ID at subsequent points, such as TSA screening, along with your boarding pass. Please make sure to check the expiration date on your driver's license to ensure that it is currently valid. TSA may deny boarding for an expired license.
Official Tour Credential
To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for the Friday reception, pre-game party, and game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the hotel in Memphis.

Please arrive at the airport one and a half (1 1/2) hours prior to departure to allow enough time to check-in and go through the TSA lines. If parking at the airport, please allow extra time.
A Total Sports Travel Representative will be available to assist you, if needed and provide you with your seat assignment card.

Arrival in Memphis
Upon arriving in Memphis, you will deplane and board awaiting private motorcoaches for your transfer to your hotel.​
Hotel Arrival

Upon arrival to the Hyatt Centric, please proceed to the front desk where you will check-in and receive your room key. Your room and tax have been pre-paid; however, you will need to present your credit card for incidentals (room service, parking, etc).​
Since your arrival is prior to hotel check-in time, your room may not be ready. Luggage will be stored until your room becomes available.

Motorcoaches will depart the stadium for the hotel 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Look for signs for the UK/Total Sports Travel group to help direct you to the motorcoaches.
