Upon deplaning, board awaiting motorcoaches for transfer to the stadium. All luggage will be loaded onto the motorcoaches.

Stadium Transfer

Directly from Airfield

Motorcoaches will depart Eppley Airfield and go directly to Charles Schwab Stadium.

You will be dropped at the stadium and your luggage will be taken to the hotel for your arrival after the game. You may keep carry-on bags on the motorcoach during the game.

Upon arrival at the hotel, proceed to the front desk to receive your room key. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).

Bubbles or bubble making machines or apparatuses
Bottles or cans; Food or Drink coolers, Yeti cups or coolers
Outside food or drink (20 oz. or smaller empty, clear plastic bottles will be allowed for water)
Large bags or back packs
Frisbees or beach balls
Large umbrellas
Laser pointers
Noise making devices of any kind (i.e. bells, whistles, horns, etc.)
Fireworks
Drones, anywhere on MECA campus
Selfie sticks
Hover boards
Illegal drugs and alcohol
Weapons of any kind, including lawfully concealed firearms
Commercial signs or banners without the prior approval of Charles Schwab Field Omaha
Any item deemed to challenge public safety
Cameras ARE permitted for still photography and video for personal use, but lens length must be no longer than approximately one inch, and no additional detachable lenses will be permitted.

Bag Policy:

Charles Schwab Field Omaha will comply with a clear bag policy which requires that items fans wish to bring into the stadium must fit in either a clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar), or a small clutch bag with or without a handle/strap that does not exceed 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches (approximately the size of a hand).
Each patron is allowed one small clutch bag and one clear plastic bag that meets the above requirements.

Hydration:

One (1) empty clear plastic water bottle per guest will be allowed in the stadium (Bottles must be 20 ounces or smaller) to utilize water refill stations located by sections 107, 120, and 127 and the Water Monsters near sections 104, 123, & 134.

Mobile Tickets:

The Men’s College World Series is a mobile ticket event only. All fans will need a mobile ticket to enter the venue. Fans are encouraged to save their ticket to their mobile wallet prior to arriving for easier access to the venue. Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry.

Cashless Venue:

Charles Schwab Field Omaha is a cashless venue. All mobile payments, major credit and debit cards are accepted. Multiple Cash-2-Card machines are on site that function as reverse ATMs, providing a debit card for the amount of cash inserted. There are no fees associated with utilizing these machines. Reverse ATMs are available outside sections 104 and 121.

Weather Policy:

While every situation is different based on time of day and which game, the following are standard procedures when inclement weather disrupts a game or games. No game will be skipped. Meaning each game will continue in the order it is scheduled to play. If weather changes the date, the rescheduled game will still precede any future games. Mobile tickets are good for the game only. If the game date is moved due to weather, the mobile ticket for that game must be used. If a game is started then delayed or postponed to a new time/day, the mobile ticket will be scanned for use during the new start time. Please hold on to that ticket.

In the event of a weather delay, fans should keep their game ticket.
If a fan is leaving the stadium during a weather delay, they should stop at a ticket gate to have their ticket scanned out by Charles Schwab Field Omaha staff.
Reserved and premium mobile seat ticket holders may exit through all gates and have their mobile ticket(s) scanned out.
If the game is halted and resumed the same day or continued the following day, fans will need the game ticket from the original game to re-enter the stadium for the continuation of play.
In the event of a total game postponement to the following day (meaning, the game did not begin at its scheduled time), fans should follow the game number listed on their updated mobile ticket.
There are no refunds on tickets as all games will be played.
TO RESOLVE ANY TICKET ISSUES, Fans should go to the Box Office near gate 2 on the corner of 13th and Mike Fahey streets.

Know Before You Go

Weather & Clothing

In mid June, the daily highs in Omaha run in the upper 80s to low 90s while evening temperatures are expected to by in the low 70s.

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your UK gear!

Don't forget a hat and sunscreen!!

Official Tour Credential

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for events and game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed on the motorcoach on the way to the stadium.

Meals

Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.

Luggage

To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number
Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat.
You may check two (2) bags. Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs per bag or less.
Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.
All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines must be in your carry-on or personal item.

Arrival in Omaha

Upon arrival in Omaha, we will go directly to the stadium. Any "gear" you want to wear or take should be packed in your carry-on for easy access.
