Know Before You Go
Hotel Land-Only Packages
Transportation to Houston is not included in this travel package.
Upon hotel arrival, please proceed to the front desk for check-in and to receive your room key. Your room and tax have been pre-paid; however, you will be required to present a credit card for incidentals (i.e. Room service, parking, etc.). Once you have checked-in, stop by the Tour Hospitality Desk at your convenience to pick up your event credential.

If you arrive prior to hotel check-in time (4:00 pm), your room may not be ready. You may, however, check your bags with the bell staff until your room becomes available.

Hotel Check-in

Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc) at your earliest convenience.
Tour Hospitality Desk
Location: 2nd floor by the sky bridge hotel entrance (at the top of the escalators)
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Total Sports Travel Associate will be available for assistance. Please stop by to pick up your official event credential. This helps our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group.​
Welcome Reception
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Gator Boosters Welcome Reception at Biggio's on the second floor of the Marriott.
Saturday, November 5
Stadium Departure
6:45 am
Meet in the hotel lobby. Wear your event credential and don’t forget to download your game tickets to your smartphone wallet!

Motorcoach departs for Kyle Field in College Station
Game Time
9:30 am
Gates open
There are no ATMs inside of Kyle Field. Transactions inside the stadium will be cashless.

Bull Gator Exclusive POST-GAME Tailgate
Following the game
Plan to stop by the tailgate site at Simpson Drill Field for food and beverages. There is no cost for admission, if you pre-purchased the pregame tailgate.
Return to Motorcoach for Hotel Departure
4:00 pm
Motorcoach will depart the stadium for the hotel at 4:15 pm following the Gator Booster Postgame tailgate. It will be parked along the street outside of Reed Arena. Look for sign for the Florida/Total Sports Travel group to help direct you to the motorcoach.
Sunday, November 6
Hotel Check-out
11:00 am
Check-out of the hotel at the front desk and pay all incidental charges.
