Upon deplaning, you will deplane onto the tarmac and board awaiting motorcoaches for transfer to the hotel. Luggage will be loaded underneath the motorcoach.

Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the Tour Information Desk to receive your room key, credential, and souvenir. At your convenience, visit the front desk to present a credit card for incidentals (phone calls, room service, etc).

Checked luggage will be delivered to your hotel room by the bell staff. Plan on one to two hours for luggage delivery. You do not need to be present in your room for luggage delivery. Since all porterage and baggage handling gratuities are included in your package price, it is not necessary to tip the bell staff. If someone else’s baggage is mistakenly placed in your room, please contact the bell desk of the hotel immediately.

Weather & Clothing

Daily highs in San Antonio are expected to be in the low 70s-mid 80s, while evening temperatures are typically in the low 50s-mid 60s.

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Florida Gator gear!

Meals

Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.

LUGGAGE FOR CHARTER PASSENGERS

To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number
Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat.
You may check one (1) bag per person. Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs per bag or less.
Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.
All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines must be in your carry-on or personal item.

GAME TICKETS

If you purchased game tickets as an add-on to the package, they will be emailed to you separately. All tickets are digital and require you to download to your smartphone's wallet. Saturday's ticket will be emailed on Friday and Monday's ticket will be emailed on Sunday.

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel "Official Florida Tour" group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for all game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the Tour Information Desk at the hotel.

The following policies will be in effect:

Clear Bag Policy
All individuals will be subject to search upon entry

**Failure to comply with venue and event management will result in denial of entry

All individuals, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the Alamodome on game days. There will be no re-entry into the Alamodome on game days.

The following items will be prohibited:

Non-approved bags include, but are not limited to:
- All purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag
- Coolers
- Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Fanny packs
- Cinch bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Computer bags
- Camera bags.
Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
Artificial noisemakers or noisemaking devices of any kind
Balls or any object that can be used as a projectile.
Cameras with professional lenses longer than 3", GoPros, video recorders and mono/tripods on game days
Smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes
Outside food and beverage and containers of any kind (except for guests with medical and dietary needs)
Fireworks or weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, etc.)
Folding chairs, stools or other seating devices
Illegal substances
Laser pointers
Poles or sticks of any kind, including selfie-sticks
Signs or flags larger than 3' x 2'
Unmanned aircraft systems/radio controlled model aircraft
Segways, skateboards and hoverboards
Any other item(s) determined by event management to be dangerous or inappropriate will not be allowed into NCAA events.
Personal carts, wagons or other large rolling devices. (Simple strollers are allowed at March Madness Music Festival and Men's Final Four Fan Fest presented by Capital One.)

The following behavioral policies will be strictly enforced:

The use of duplicate or unlicensed tickets will result in expulsion.
Profanity will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.
The use of obscene or indecent clothing or signs will result in expulsion.

Clear Bag Policy:

All events during Final Four weekend have a strict bag policy, including official NCAA Men's Final Four events that are held outside of the game venue. A bag policy will be strictly enforced at the NCAA Men’s Final Four and throughout ALL Men’s Final Four fan events including, but not limited to: Reese’s Final Four Friday, Final Four Dribble presented by Buick, Final Four Fan Fest presented by Capital One, March Madness Music Festival presented by AT&T, Capital One, and Coca-Cola, and Tip-off Tailgate presented by Nissan.
