Hotel Check-in
3:00 pm MT
Upon hotel arrival, please proceed to the front desk for check-in and to receive your room key. Your room and tax have been pre-paid; however, you will be required to present a credit card for incidentals (i.e. Room service, parking, etc.).

If you arrive prior to hotel check-in time, your room may not be ready. You may, however, check your bags with the bell staff until your room becomes available.

Event Credential Pickup
After 8:00 am
Stop by the front desk at The Grand America Hotel to pick up your packet containing your event credential/lanyard and your wristband for admittance to the Gator Gathering.
Gator Gathering hosted by The UF Alumni Assoc. & Gator Boosters
10:00 am - 12: 00 pm

Join your fellow Gators for food and fun before heading to campus for the big game!

Stadium Departure
2:45 pm
Meet in the lobby of the Grand America Hotel. Wear your event credential and don’t forget to download your game tickets to your smartphone wallet!

Motorcoach departs for Rice–Eccles Stadium
Bull Gator Exclusive Tailgate
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Plan to stop by the tailgate site for food and beverages. There is no cost for admission as it is included in your package.

Rice-Eccles Stadium does not accept cash as a method of payment. All sales will be completed using credit/debit cards or an applicable phone payment app.

Motorcoach Return to the Hotel
45 minutes following the game
Motorcoaches will depart the stadium for the hotel. Look for the Florida/Total Sports Travel group sign to help direct you to the motorcoaches.

Free day to explore Salt Lake City on your own.
Saturday, September 2
Hotel Check-out
11:00 am
Check-out of the hotel at the front desk and pay all incidental charges.

In late August, the daily highs in Utah run in the mid 80s while evening temperatures are typically in the low 60s.
There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Florida Gator gear!

Official Tour Credential
To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the hotel front desk on Thursday morning.
