Know Before You Go
Weather
In early September, the daily highs in Austin run in the low 90s while evening temperatures are typically in the mid 60s.
Clothing
There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions.
You just need to pack your
Roll Tide gear! And don't forget your sunscreen!
Meals
Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.
Game Tickets
If you purchased game tickets as an addition to the travel package, you will receive a seperate email with a link to accept the transfer of your tickets.
Official Tour Credential
To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for the pre-game party and game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the hotel in Austin.
Tour Hospitality Desk
A Tour Hospitality Desk will be staffed during dedicated hours to provide information and assistance as needed. Please stop by to pick up your official event credential.

Transportation to Austin is not included in this travel package.
Upon hotel arrival, please proceed to the front desk for check-in and to receive your room key. Your room and tax have been pre-paid; however, you will be required to present a credit card for incidentals (i.e. Room service, parking, etc.). Once you have checked-in, stop by the Tour Hospitality Desk at your convenience to pick up your event credential.
If you arrive prior to hotel check-in time (3:00 pm), your room may not be ready. You may, however, check your bags with the bell staff until your room becomes available.

Saturday, September 10
Tide Pride Pre-Game Breakfast

Breakfast buffet in the Atrium of the Omni
Seasonal fruits and berries
Jalapeño cheese biscuits
Chile dusted potatoes with sautéed peppers and onions
Chilaquiles verde with stewed nopales
Make your own breakfast tacos:
Scrambled eggs, refried beans, chorizo and bacon
Flour tortillas, queso fresco, pepper jack blend and house made salsa
Coffee, Hot Teas, Chilled orange and grapefruit juices
Open Bar serving soft drinks, beer, wine, mimosas, and bloody marys.
Stadium Departure
9:00 am
Meet in the hotel lobby. Wear your event credential and don’t forget to download your game tickets to your smartphone wallet!

Motorcoaches depart for Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium at Campbell-Williams Field

Return to Hotel
Following the game
Motorcoaches will depart the stadium for the hotel 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Look for signs for the Alabama/Total Sports Travel group to help direct you to the motorcoaches.
Sunday, September 11
Hotel Check-out
12:00 noon
Check-out of the hotel at the front desk and pay all incidental charges.
