Upon deplaning, board awaiting motorcoaches for transfer to the hotel. All luggage will be loaded onto the motorcoaches.

A Total Sports Travel Tour Hospitality Desk will be available in the Fountain Room in the lobby to answer any questions you may have. Stop by at your convenience to receive your tour credential.

Hotel Check-in for Land Packages

3:00 pm

Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the front desk to receive your room key and souvenir. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).

Hotel Arrival for Charter passengers

4:00 pm

Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the Tour Hospitality Desk to receive your room key and souvenir. At your convenience, visit the front desk to present a credit card for incidentals (phone calls, room service, etc).

Checked luggage will be delivered to your hotel room by the bell staff. Plan on one to two hours for luggage delivery. You do not need to be present in your room for luggage delivery. Since all porterage and baggage handling gratuities are included in your package price, it is not necessary to tip the bell staff. If someone else’s baggage is mistakenly placed in your room, please contact the bell desk of the hotel immediately.

Experience the magic of the world-famous floats before they make their debut in the 2024 Rose Parade. Get a backstage glimpse, up close and personal, of the magnificent floats in their final stages of preparation.

Following float decorating, you will board the motorcoach for a guided tour of Los Angeles, including downtown, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. There will be a lunch stop (on your own) at the Historic Farmer's Market at The Grove in Beverly Hills.

Motorcoach departs for the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena.

135th Rose Parade

8:00 am

Each year thousands of spectators gather to watch as the parade makes its way along the 5 1/2 mile route through Pasadena. The floats are a marvel of state of the art technology, all tucked away beneath flowers and other all-natural materials. Visitors experience the beauty of the floral floats along with spirited marching bands and high-stepping equestrian units.

Following the parade

Motorcoaches will depart the parking area for the Rose Bowl Stadium. You will receive your pre-game event ticket from your tour host.

Join fellow Crimson Tide fans at the Official University of Alabama Pre-game Tailgate as we kick off the new year in style.

Buffet, beer, wine and entertainment by the Yellowhammers are included.

You must have your game ticket and event ticket to enter pregame venue.

Rose Bowl Game

Stadium gates open

There are no in-and-out privileges at the Rose Bowl Stadium. Once you exit the stadium, you may not re-enter.

Please note The Rose Bowl Stadium is a cashless venue.

The Rose Bowl Stadium has implemented a clear bag policy for all events. You may take a 12"x6"x12" clear plastic gag or 1 gallon plastic freezer bag. A clutch no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" is also allowed.

All motorcoaches will be parked in Lot K. Please look for the Total Sports Travel tour signs, directing you to your designated motorcoach area. Staff will be available to direct you to the appropriate motorcoaches.

Motorcoaches will “load and go” after the game and you may not be on the same bus that you took to the stadium. The last motor coach will depart an hour after the game is over.

Please do NOT leave items on the motor coach.

Report to the lobby with your luggage. If you would like bell staff assistance, please call 1 hour before you want to leave your room or arrange it the night before.  All participants must settle incidental charges directly with the hotel front desk before boarding the motorcoaches to the airport.

Well before refrigeration, Japanese fisherfolk preserved fish by wrapping it in fermented rice and salt, calling it "Narezushi." Kept in darkened storerooms, Narezushi was perfected over the centuries until now, when modern sushi has been elevated to an art form. Soko, the latest sushi restaurant at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, is a literal tribute to the origins of sushi. The Rose Bowl Stadium has implemented a clear bag policy for all events at the Rose Bowl Stadium, including the CFP Semifinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential.

Cashless Transactions:

The Rose Bowl Stadium is a cashless venue. As part of Stadium Operations, there are 2 Reverse ATM’s on the concourse, conveniently located at Administration Office (between tunnels 28 and 1) and tunnel 19, which allow patrons to turn their cash into a prepaid debit card that can be used inside the stadium and outside, after the event.

Weather & Clothing

At the end of December, the daily highs in Los Angeles run in the mid 60s, while evening temperatures are typically in the low 50s.

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Crimson ROLL TIDE gear!

If you are making dinner reservations or have plans for New Year’s Eve, you may want to ask about the restaurant or event dress codes.

For game day, layers are suggested as temperatures could vary greatly from the time you leave your hotel for the parade until the time you return after the game. A light jacket or sweatshirt is recommended.

Meals

Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel Rose Bowl Tour group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for all group events and game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the Tour Hospitality Desk at the hotel.

LUGGAGE FOR CHARTER PASSENGERS

To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number
Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item OR one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat.
You may check one (1) bag per person. Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs per bag or less.
Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.
All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines must be in your carry-on or personal item.

If you purchased parade tickets as an add-on to the package, they will be emailed to you separately on or before Friday, Dec 29th. You may print the ticket for entry or save the digital ticket to your smartphone's wallet
