Sugar Bowl New Year's Parade
Travels through the French Quarter and up Decatur to Canal Street. Parade Route
2:30 pm
The official Allstate Sugar Bowl New Year's Parade, a Mardi Gras-style parade with floats, bands and other participants, entertains fans young and old prior to the Allstate Sugar Bowl.

Upon arrival at the hotel, proceed to the front desk to receive your room key. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).

Meet in the lobby for motorcoach boarding. Have your tour credential available to show tour staff.

Motorcoaches depart for Caesars Superdome

Sugar Bowl
9:00 am
Stadium gates open. Once you have had your ticket scanned to access the Superdome grounds, you will not be able to exit the grounds and re-enter.

The Caesars Superdome is a cashless operation.
​
Fans are strongly encouraged to not bring any type of bags, but outlined below is what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching the queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."

One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

Small clutch bags, approximately the size of hand and no larger than 6.5" x 4.5" with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

Non-clear Diaper bags are prohibited. A clear diaper bag (no larger than 12" wide x 12" height x 6" deep) is permitted. Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the stadium.

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the hotel in New Orleans.
