Check-in Time: We recommend that you check-in at the ticket counter 1 1/2 hours prior to departure time to allow enough time to check-in with our travel staff to obtain seat assignments/boarding passes and go through TSA screening.

Baggage
To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on your bags, complete with name, address and cell phone number​

Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat. Southwest Airlines limits carry-on bag dimensions to 22 x 14 x 9 inches (includes handles and wheels). Southwest Airlines does not charge for checked bags. Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs. or less.

Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, prescription drugs, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.

All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines must be in your carry-on or personal item.
Airport Check-in
No airline ticket accompanies this itinerary.
Please arrive at the airport one and a half (1 1/2) hours prior to departure to allow enough time to check-in and go through the TSA lines. If parking at the airport, please allow extra time.
Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the airline ticket counter at the main terminal to check-in. A Total Sports Travel Representative will be available to assist you, if needed.
A government-issued photo ID (federal, state or local) is required to check-in and receive your boarding pass. You may be asked to show this ID at subsequent points, such as TSA screening, along with your boarding pass. Please make sure to check the expiration date on your driver's license to ensure that it is currently valid. TSA may deny boarding for an expired license.
Arrival in Austin
Upon arriving at Austin –Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), please proceed to the baggage claim level. Once you have claimed your baggage, TST staff will assist you to the waiting private motorcoach for your transfer to your hotel.​
Once at your hotel, proceed to the Tour Hospitality Desk. Here you will pick up your room key as well as your event credential. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc) at your earliest convenience. We recommend that you do not use a debit-type card as the hotel will place a hold on a set amount until check-out.
Since your hotel arrival is prior to check-in time, your room may not be ready. You may, however, store your carry-on's with the bell staff until your room becomes available. Your checked luggage will be delivered to your room once it becomes available. You do not need to be in your room for delivery.
