Monday, December 30

Hotel Check-in

4:00 pm EST

Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the front desk to receive your room key and tour credential. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).

Parade & Pep Rally

5:30 pm

(transportation NOT included)

Tampa's historic Ybor City Latin District is host of the popular ReliaQuest Bowl Parade. Fans will enjoy High School Marching Bands from across the country along with floats and the participating college bands and cheerleaders as they march down 7th avenue. Stay for the Pep Rally at the end of the parade route then stop by the many restaurants and night spots throughout Ybor and Downtown Tampa.

Tuesday, December 31

Event Hospitality Desk

8:30 am - 9:30 am

A Total Sports Travel Event Hospitality Desk will be available to answer any questions you may have. Stop by at your convenience to receive your tour credential.

Game Departure from the hotel

9:45 am

Meet in the lobby to board the motorcoach. Make sure you have your cell phone and have saved your game tickets to your wallet.

10:00 am

Motorcoach departs for the Raymond James Stadium. Boxed lunch will be served en route.

Pre-Game Bowl Bash

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Bowl fans can warm-up for the big game outside the stadium with live music on stage, entertainers, interactive games and appearances by the college bands & cheerleaders. Features various displays from ReliaQuest, the U.S. Air Force , Busch Gardens and more.

Admission: Free

Food & refreshments will be available for purchase. Located on the south plaza between gates C & D and on Tampa Bay Blvd

30 minutes after the game

Please look for the Total Sports Travel tour signs, directing you to your designated motorcoach. Staff will be available to direct you to the appropriate motorcoach which will be parked in Lot 8.

Raymond James Stadium has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return with that ticket. If there is an emergency please contact Guest Services or the nearest usher.

In late December, the daily highs in Tampa run in the mid 70s, while evening temperatures are typically in the high 50s.

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Crimson ROLL TIDE gear!

Meals

Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.

GAME TICKETS

If you purchased game tickets as an add-on to the package, they will be emailed to you separately on or before Friday, December 27. All tickets are digital and require you to download to your smartphone's wallet.

A Total Sports Travel Bowl Information Desk will be staffed at your hotel during dedicated hours (see below) to provide information and assistance as needed.
