Friday, September 13

Flight Check-in

Your Total Sports Travel Tour Director, Morris Capouya, will be available at check-in for any assistance you may need. Check in with Morris to receive your color-coded luggage tag.

Allegiant Airways flight 4901 departs Birmingham for Milwaukee Airport

Allegiant Airways flight arrives Milwaukee Airport

Upon deplaning, proceed to baggage claim to claim your luggage. You will be met by a tour representative that will assist you to the motorcoaches.

Hotel Arrival for Charter passengers

3:00 pm

Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the Tour Hospitality Desk to receive your room key and tour credential. At your convenience, visit the front desk to present a credit card for incidentals (phone calls, room service, etc).

Checked luggage will be delivered to your hotel room by the bell staff. You do not need to be present in your room for luggage delivery. Since all porterage and baggage handling gratuities are included in your package price, it is not necessary to tip the bell staff. If someone else’s baggage is mistakenly placed in your room, please contact the bell desk of the hotel immediately.

Hotel Check-in for Land Packages

3:00 pm

Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the front desk to receive your room key and tour credential. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).

Tour Hospitality Desk

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

A Total Sports Travel Tour Hospitality Desk will be available to answer any questions you may have. Stop by at your convenience to receive your tour credential.

Saturday, September 14

Game Departure from the hotel

7:00 am

Meet in the lobby to board the motorcoaches. Make sure you have your cell phone and have saved your game tickets to your wallet.

7:15 am

Motorcoaches depart for the Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. Boxed breakfast will be served en route.

Game Time

9:30 am

Stadium gates open

11:00 am

Kick-off!

ROLL TIDE!

Return to the Milwaukee

30 minutes after the game

Please look for the Total Sports Travel tour signs, directing you to your designated motorcoach area outside of Gate 1. Staff will be available to direct you to the appropriate motorcoaches.

You should board the same coach you arrived on.

Sunday, September 15

Airport Departure

9:45 am

Report to the lobby with your luggage. If you would like bell staff assistance, please call 1 hour before you want to leave your room or arrange it the night before.  All participants must settle incidental charges directly with the hotel front desk before boarding the motorcoaches to the airport. 

10:00 am

Motorcoaches depart for Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport

Flight Check-in

10:30 am

Check-in begins at the Charter Ticket Counter located between Spirit and Jet Blue.

CAMP RANDALL STADIUM

Gates open at 9:30 am

Camp Randall Stadium has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return with that ticket. If there is an emergency please contact Guest Services or the nearest usher.

Fans will be asked to pass through the metal detectors after scanning their tickets. Please have tickets ready when arriving at the gate.

In mid-September, the daily highs in Wisconsin run in the high 70s, while evening temperatures are typically in the mid 60s.

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Crimson ROLL TIDE gear!

Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.

A Total Sports Travel Bowl Information Desk will be staffed at your hotel during dedicated hours (see below) to provide information and assistance as needed.

Official Tour Credential

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel Tour group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the Tour Hospitality Desk at the hotel.

LUGGAGE FOR CHARTER PASSENGERS

To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number
Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item OR one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat.
You may check one (1) bag per person. Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs per bag or less.
Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.
All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines must be in your carry-on or personal item.

GAME TICKETS

If you purchased game tickets as an add-on to the package, they will be emailed to you separately on or before Wednesday, Sept 11th.. All tickets are digital and require you to download to your smartphone's wallet.
