Upon hotel arrival, proceed to the Tour Hospitality Desk to receive your room key and souvenir. At your convenience, visit the front desk to present a credit card for incidentals (phone calls, room service, etc).

Checked luggage will be delivered to your hotel room by the bell staff. Plan on one to two hours for luggage delivery. You do not need to be present in your room for luggage delivery. Since all porterage and baggage handling gratuities are included in your package price, it is not necessary to tip the bell staff. If someone else’s baggage is mistakenly placed in your room, please contact the bell desk of the hotel immediately.

Please note State Farm Stadium is a cashless stadium ensuring contactless options for food, beverage, and merchandise purchases.
In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap payment options including Apple, Google, and Samsung pay.
State Farm Stadium also offers cash to card ATMs to convert cash to a universally accepted debit card. Fans may convert cash to a debit card by using a Cash-to-Card kiosk located throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted. Cash to Card Kiosks are located on Main Level (Sections 104, 123 & 136), Club Level (Sections 213 & 233), Loft Level (Sections 318, 349, 418, 434, 446).

Weather & Clothing

Daily highs in Phoenix are expected to be in the high 60s-mid 70s, while evening temperatures are typically in the low 50s.

There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Crimson ROLL TIDE gear!

Meals

Meals, unless otherwise specified are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.

LUGGAGE FOR CHARTER PASSENGERS

To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number
Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat.
You may check one (1) bag per person. Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh 50 lbs per bag or less.
Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.
All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines must be in your carry-on or personal item.

GAME TICKETS

If you purchased game tickets as an add-on to the package, they will be emailed to you separately. All tickets are digital and require you to download to your smartphone's wallet. Saturday's ticket will be emailed on Friday and Monday's ticket will be emailed on Sunday.

To help our tour hosts identify you as part of the Total Sports Travel "Official Alabama Tour" group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for all game transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the Tour Hospitality Desk at the hotel.
