We will board our buses upon arrival in Austin for transfer to the Omni Austin Hotel.

Hotel Check-in

3:00 pm

Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must present your credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc) at your earliest convenience.

Saturday, September 10

Tide Pride Pre-Game Breakfast

07:30 am

Breakfast buffet in the Atrium of the Omni

Seasonal fruits and berries

Jalapeño cheese biscuits

Chile dusted potatoes with sautéed peppers and onions

Chilaquiles verde with stewed nopales

Make your own breakfast tacos:

Scrambled eggs, refried beans, chorizo and bacon

Flour tortillas, queso fresco, pepper jack blend and house made salsa

Coffee, Hot Teas, Chilled orange and grapefruit juices

Open Bar serving soft drinks, beer, wine, mimosas, and bloody marys.

Stadium Departure

9:00 am

Meet in the hotel lobby. Wear your event credential and don’t forget to download your game tickets to your smartphone wallet!

Motorcoaches depart for Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium at Campbell-Williams Field

Following the game

Motorcoaches will depart the stadium for the hotel 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Look for signs for the Alabama/Total Sports Travel group to help direct you to the motorcoaches.

Sunday, September 11

Charter Air Passengers Departure

9:30 am

Report to the lobby with your luggage. If you would like bell staff assistance, please call 1 hour before you want to leave your room or arrange it the night before. All participants must settle incidental charges directly with the hotel front desk before boarding the motorcoach to the airport.

10:00 am

Motorcoaches depart for Austin Int'l Airport

12:00 pm

Southwest flight 8219 departs Austin

Standard beverage and meal service provided

1:50 pm

Southwest flight 8219 arrives Birmingham

Hotel Check-out

12:00 noon

Check-out of the hotel at the front desk and pay all incidental charges.
